Dnes už existují knižní studie o řadě uměleckých oborů v letech československé normalizace a pozdního socialismu 1969–1989: máme historické a analyzující knihy o kinematografii, literatuře či architektuře. Oficiální hudební scéna zůstává zatím stranou: přitom zástupci vládnoucího režimu nasadili silnou kontrolu a rozhodli se zasnoubit zábavu s propagandou, agitací a manipulací.

Radiotrophic fungi are fungi which appear to perform radiosynthesis, that is, to use the pigment melanin to convert gamma radiation into chemical energy for growth. This proposed mechanism may be similar to anabolic pathways for the synthesis of reduced organic carbon (e.g., carbohydrates) in phototrophic organisms, which convert photons from visible light with pigments such as chlorophyll whose energy is then used in photolysis of water to generate usable chemical energy (as ATP) in photophosphorylation or photosynthesis. However, whether melanin-containing fungi employ a similar multi-step pathway as photosynthesis, or some chemosynthesis pathways, is unknown. Absence of certain features in IRC considered a feature
The other day a friend of mine (an oper on Freenode) wanted to talk about IRC compared to its peers, such as Matrix, Slack, Discord, etc. The ensuing discussion deserves summarization here. In short: I’m glad that IRC doesn’t have the features that are “showstoppers” for people choosing other platforms, and I’m worried that attempts to bring these showstopping “features” to IRC will worsen the platform for the people who use it now.
